Remedies for 498a & dv act

PLease give advice on remidies for 498A & DV Act. What if both are filed together. I got lot of strength while going to posts of 498A, but only limited information regarding DV act. I may face these two ACTs. Please help me in this matter.

BEFORE YOU FACE IT, TAKE ACTION.

Issue notices, you never had any violence or cruelty or dowry demand, and r threatening, blackmailing, and if do not fulfill your demand, threatened me to file false 498/ dv act.
It will help u defending.

Yes there are several counter measures which you can take against them
If willing then those could be advised.

There are no counter weapons in hands of husbands against wife's fired 498a and DV Act because the authority authorized to make weapons have not produced any counter weapon.So husbands can only form strategies of 'how to defend'when such a weapon is fired upon them.

There are number of counter weapons which differ from case to case and you can not and must not expect form a public site.
