Registering of society

(Querist) 20 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
we have 8 flat for which we want to register as Apartment Owners Assocaition. The ground floor has got two flats, but one person has put a grill on the back side of the flat for his satefy. Out of 8, only one person is against the putting the grill.

After registering the society, can he put a case/compliant against the owner of the ground floor flat to Apartment Owners Association or any other authority. In that case, how to go about in future?

First register your Owners association.

Yes if anything aginst the society by law then you can complaint
