FIR means an information about commission of an offence given first in the point of time. As the matter has been informed by one party and a case has been registered police can not register another case for the same incident.
you have made some serious mistakes my friend. you should not drive a car without proper documents your registration was expired and you have not take any step to renew it for one month!!!!!!! its no good man. you do not have even a proper lisence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try to compromise the case as penal provisions are compoundable.
