Hello sir,

My name is vivek arya, I am working in a IT company in noida(UP).

Please sir tell me about paternity leave in private sector india.

is this any section in india for Private Employee ?

Nothing to add more except that it depends upon company to decide whether to provide such leave or not but it cannot be claimed as a matter of right in India.

If you are a Central Govt employee you get 15 days of Paternity leave...in case of PVT company depends upon the policy which is not mandatory under law...

yes parental leave a right for central government employees and in case of private organisations only if they provide you can take chance if not you cannot demand in other countries they are offering if your it company is from having their HQ then see there rules of holidays
