There are 10 plaintiffs and 10 Defendants .Meanwhile compromise talk takes place between them.Only 5 plaintiffs wants to compromise with 10 Defendants then what is the future status of the suit, Can 5 plaintiffs withdraw the suit and under what provision?

Compromise between entire parties is must for the withdrawal of the case otherwise the case shall get tried in routine.
