in first marriage I have one son and divorced and got married to a divorcee and having one child, living separately with both the children due to misunderstanding, now my husband sent the legal notice for r of c right and asking me to join only with his son and refused to accommodate my first son, due to differences between my first son and husband, my son is not ready to join with the company of my husband. advice properly.

If you also do not want to go with her husband, you can do so.
It is your life and you can decide what is best suited to both of you.
