The bank can not take stand against the advocates. If any advocate is having such a experience please post that.

I Agree with Mr Arunagiri - There is such version - The Banks in all cases will assess the person approached for loan - the person should not be discriminated by his profession - The Bank can take a conclusion on any other ground to give loan or not ( like loan nature and quantum of loan according to the Borrower income - viability of Unit - profitability of Unit - repayment schedule - financial status of Borrower and other loan connected factors !
