I just do not agree with the above views. To put it plainly, it is sheer exploitation of the situation - perpetuated / repeated by the Seniors for the similar kind of treatment underwent earlier by the seniors in their early career. It is also relatable to demand and supply scenario. When there are umpteen number of juniors ready to serve for pittance, there will not be dearth of Seniors exploiting the juniors. In any case, this question cannot be answered on a right or wrong basis without completely analysing the situation, the attitudes, the competency of the juniors, the earning capacity-clientele of the senior, demand-supply position etc. etc.
