Dear Anonymous,
It is not ancestral property.
It is personal property of your father. Therefore upon his death, (since he does not appear to have left any WILL), the property will go by way of inheritance EQUALLY amongst all his legal heirs. The legal heirs are: widow (i.e. your mother), son(s) and daughter(s).
All will get equal share.

Did you say this fact in your original post? If not why not? How do you expect others to know the fact unless you state?

Dear sir,
I forgot this point in my orginal thread, I am sorry for this.
Thanking you

If your father, during his life time, had already registered that property in your name, then nobody can claim any share from the same.
