Husband Aunty & Husband Niece staying in Husband’s house for education

Hi,

Husband & wife are staying abroad. My husband got house in village (Maharashtra). All papers are in the name of Husband. my father-in-law had kept Husband ‘s aunty & niece (for studying) in husband’s house in village.

Can husband aunty or husband’s niece can claim on house or can they transfer husband’s village house on their name.

If they do not have any share in it then the answer is no.

No, they cannot, but if they somehow manage to do it taking advantage of the long absence, U will have to take legal proceedings as they may claim Title by Adverse possession.

Yes. Am agree with experts. As per law they don't have any rights over the property till they are eligible to claim adverse possession
