Sir,
1. I am an government servant and residing at Rajasthan, 34 yrs. age.
2. Married in 2004 with a girl in Maharashtra.
3. She filed the cases U/s 498-a,406, RCR- section-9, U/S 125, HAMA section-18 in June-2006.
4. U/s-125 Rs. 1500/- declared i am paying.
5. others are pending. section-18 is now near to complete.
what should i do, how can i give her divorce.

she does not want divorce she wants restitution of conjugal rights . she wants to be your wife . if she is agreeable for divorce then by mutual consent you can have divorce .
if its contested it may take number of years .

It is you who would decide whether to go ofr divorce or not. We in no way could advise you whether to go for divorce or not except that the fate of the divorce case would not determine the course of other cases.
