Dear all,
If a order under section 7A of EPF Act,1952 has been served without attaching the details of statement(gross statement has been attached) , how pf commissioner determined the amount due, can I challenge the order on that ground, if yes, please provide me a judgement regarding the same ground.
Please provide me a list of exempted services under PF scheme, which are provided to an establishment by a cotractor e.g. security, packaging, loading unloading.

You ask them to give full details about that demand, more over for contractor you have to furnish the details of their details, If the contractor not paid then the principle is liable,

Regarding 7-A---
The 7-A order is issued on the basis of documents produced/ provided by the employer before or during the proceedings or on E.O,s report on the basis of information available on his record if Er. fails to produce records.
Anything not attached with the Order can be asked for.
The Appeal can be filed with in 60 days against such order in the EPF Appellate Tribunal New Delhi.
I can further try to give my opinion provided copy of order is sent to me.
