YES, registered office of a Company, is an official comminication address of the company for the purpose of Registrar of Companies. It is required under law to communicate from the registred office of the copany.

It is not mandatory to issue every communication of notice only from the registered office of a company. It can be done even from corporate office, branch office and even if its authorized officer in in traveling, he may do so.
