Sir,
I hold a land in Sriperumbudur which I bought 10 years back , just two years back I wanted to pledge in a bank and take loan, on verification it was found that patta was missing. Subsequently I approached the registered office to collect the patta who in turn asked me to get all the parent document. With great difficulty without paying a penny sincerely I applied and successfully got got after 2 long years, Now for the past one year I am running around for patta wherein they have asked me to put a recitification deed as my Sale Deed Survey Number does not match with the original Survey No. where my plot sits. With great difficulty I found out the man who has signed my Sale Deed to sign in the thiruthal Pathiram. Since he being a lawyer he is not willing to come and sign . Now kindly advice how do I get my Patta? Kindly help me out!! Sir
regards,
Ms. Vijayalakshmi

If you are satisfied then it is ok but if not then listen my suggestion.
Issue legal notice to the seller and threaten him to file a criminal and civil suit against him as he has frauded with you by mentioning wrong survey no. fradulantly. If despite of service of notice, that person may he be a lawyer, do not accept your demand to get the survey corrected, file a criminal case against him with a civil suit.

Issue legal notice.
Then file in the court.

Issuing legal notices and filing of suit etc may not be necessary. If the seller is finding problem to sign the deed of rectification himself and attend registration formalities, u may request him to give POA authorizing some one to sign the document on his behalf and present the document for registration etc.
