False allegation

some body use my name & address to send speed post for making false evidence. what should I do? pls suggest me.

deny having sent sent that letter by spped post . deny your signature on said letter .

The letter must have been signed through forgery.Be ignorant of the letter and only when you are contacted deny having sent any letter through speed post.Stick to it till the end.

You can deny your signature as well as your handwriting.

File complaint in the concerned post office from which said speed post letters are sent by that person.
