draw attention of trial court that petition has to be disposed within 4 months . it is high court exepedited matter . trial court is bound to comply with high court directions uunless time extended
Shonee Kapoor (Expert) 29 June 2012
Trial court would be in contenpt of HC, if it does not dispose off the matter within stipulated time.

Remind the judge about this

On what basis is the trail court asking for 6 months ext.Contempt is the only resolution.
mubarak (Querist) 30 June 2012
GWOP filled on 2010 December ..2011.janavari filled I.A. for visitation. Now previous judge got retired. The new judge telling that respondent filed counter is not valid. That is the only reason he asked 6 month.

SAINATH DEVALLA (Expert) 01 July 2012
Its not a valid assesment by the new Judge regarding the counter.
