Respected sir,
My wife is living separately from last 2 years and in future also , she will live separate. I am 57 and not earning, she is also not earning living with her sons.
I have filed a petition for divorce, sir, I wish to know your expert advice and guidance, what I am going to loose and what I will gain in monetary and non-monetary terms.

She is living with HER son or YOUR son??
You filed Divorce Petition.
You know why you filed and what you are expecting out of it, what was your Objective.
And what u r going to loose and what u gain in monetary and non-monetary terms.
U never disclosed your AIM & OBJECTIVES for filing Divorce.
Man only have to loose, without any gain if he files Divorce at this age. u shd hv asked us before filing Div pet.
