Director can be all foreigner?

In case of Pvt.Ltd company, 2 directors can be both foreigner? If yes, what is the condition? Is it necessary to visit or live India?

a pvt ltd company can have all foreign directors . however directors have to obtain Directors identifcation number and digital signtaure certifcate . ROC may insist that alterate directors be indian

There is no legal hurdle if both directors are of a foreign nationalists.
