brother's marriage- april 2012, from the day of of marriage he was received sms & emails from boyfriend of his wife that they lived together and she had abortion etc. she went with her parent after 3 month we filed a case to nullify the marriage, after 25 days they filed petition for DV against husband, and elder mother & father in-law. cases on court. After 1 year she filed FIR under 498 a against husband, elder in-laws and married sister in-laws.we got AB for mother father and sister in-laws. AB is not applied for brother. please advice. this ordeal is very depressive.

your brother will also get AB . if it is rejected go in appeal

File AB for your brother with the proof of abortion, her sms,emails from her boyfriend and the womam of bad character, avarice etc. Hope your brother will certainly get AB.

File quashing of FIR as no case is made out against either of your family members in the given case. Put the case vigorously and effectively before the court.
