why is a notarized gpa invalid ?the powers are given to execute a transaction & the giver has voluantarily given to the attorney.
its the duty of the authority or sro to execute it,why cant anyone question the ban on gpa transactions?
these gpa questions really confuse a lot as every lawyer has a different answer to it........kindly throw some light on this.
