What is meant by "trc" ?
prabhakar singh (Expert) 01 November 2013
In my guess by 'trc' author is abbreviating
conviction 'till rising of court'

And i see no wrong or illegality in order passed by session court of appeal.

Abbreviation which are not commonly used may be avoided.

If not satisfied with the Session court orders may appeal to higher court.
