My uncle expired last year without will. He is having two daughters (both are married) .
He is having two flats in Delhi and gurgaon . both the flats are still under construction. Both the flats are named jointly to his name and his wife (my aunt ) . now we want my aunt to become the complete owner of these flats . what we need to do and succussion letter is required in this case ?

Her daughter need to execute deed of gift or deed of relinquishment of their share in favour of their mother.

I agree with the expert advise by Sh. Devajyoti Barman, both daughters will have to execute reliquishment or gift/sale deed in favour of your aunt.

Yes, as properly suggested, your uncles both the daughters need to relinquish their rights over the properties and execute a registered release deed in favor of their mother, who on the basis of the said deed, shall transfer the entire properties on her name.
