Police not filling fir

(Querist) 21 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi
On Friday 20th June , I lost my bag(Laptop,Cellphone and other accessories which belongs to my office), it was stolen in my absence in Madiwala Bus Stand, When I went to file a FIR the SHO Started yelling on me that to file FIR you have to speak in Kannada , Unfortunately I dont know Kannada and after so much of pleadings he is not agreeing to file a FIR, I have to show the FIR Copy in my office, Please help me on this.

You should have mailed your FIR facts to SSP
office by registered post with a narration at bottom that you visited the concerned police station promp[tly without delay but they refused to register hence FIR is being mailed to you with a true copy preserved requesting them to register and enquirer.
You're delaying for no good reason.

You should send FIR by registered post to police station and copy to SP of the area. If you have got e mail address of SP office you can mail also mentioning the police station refused to lodge FIR.
