Is a working women eligible for maintenance after divorce?

I'm working in a govt. instittution. He too working as Asst. Professor in a Central University. We got divorced in 2011. I have 12 years old Daughter. Whether I'm eligible for maintence? What abt. my daughter?

1. You should have file maintenance application u/s 24 of the H.M.Act while the divorce proceedings were in process. Now after the conclusion of the proceedings you can apply for permanent alimony and maintenance for your daughter till she gets married.
