Hi

I was married from last one and half years,me and my husband never had any issues, apart from families issues between our parents. on Dec 04, 2014, my FIL & BIL beaten me badly and my left eye completely swollen. My husband said that time do whatever you want to do. then I called Police and Police taken NC and sent to me my parents house. then on wards my husband reaction changed and he don't even call me and when i asked him to live separate he refused. actually my husband is in influence of his parents very much, for him whatever his parents told him is correct, others are wrong. I want to save this marriage and want that my husband understand his duties. I don't want my child to be single parent child.he is in influence that he dont even call me or my child on her first birthday.

1. First file a complaint u/s 138 Cr.P.C. against him seeking maintenance for your self and your child.

2. Your husband need to understand what law is. you surely can file a D.V. case against them i.e. against your FIL and BIL and your husband. This will be a lesson for your husband to get away from the influence of his parents.

3. File an petition for R.C.R. Meet an advocate who has his office in your locality.

4. Do not worry during such litigation the court will delegate the matter for mediation and counseling and that will help to change the attitude of your husband and your in laws. Your marriage cab be saved.

It seems you want to save the marriage. Take help of near relatives, common family friends and effective people of the society. If he is not talking to you on telephone, you should call him and try to reconcile.

FIL and BIL are quite wrong in beating you. After your police complaint they would be cautious.

my in laws don't have any relatives or friends, they don't have any social life. so no need to discuss this with others.

Everyone says my husband will realize his mistake just wait is this true..

I don't want to live with my in laws anymore whatever I suffered with them in last one and half year, I know.

don't understand how he understand my value and place in his life.

My husband always disobey my parents, not even allow me to meet them.so sometimes in anger they said him wrong worlds like they will make complain for them in police or so his job has gone blah blah... now his is saying your parents has threatened him so much that's why he don't want to live me separately. he never lives in family so don't understand value of family. Don't understand how he understand this.... don't wanna go to court as then might be my in laws make him very far from me... they threatened him that she will sent u in jail and I (his father) is only one who can saves him...

my husband and in laws are not social person and always disobey my parents, not even allow me to meet them or when they come to my in laws place to meet me, my husband insults them so sometimes my parents use wrong wordings to my husband like my daughter can live alone she is working etc or they will sent my husband to jail.

now mu husband called me on last Saturday and said he will not live separately with me and he will file the case for divorce and custody, please advise what to do...

Can he filed for divorce or I neglect as I don't wanna divorce him or can he take my baby custody who is just 13 months old? Please reply
