Dear sir
I am in ksa.
I am working with a corporate here.
I am facing courtcases of dvc, 498a , crpc 125 and lateat rcr.
I have given gpa to my father attested by indian embassy and my parents who are also in the accused list. A2-mother, a-3 father. They r attending all of them.
when matter is subjudies she is forwarding emails to my management informing them abt cases, even she has sent emails to my colleagues. .! My reputation and job is at stake. Managent has asked me to leave.
Please let me know if this amounts to cruelty? Will this be helpful to apply for divorce on cruelty? ?
Plz suggest.

U have been posting several queries regarding the same subject matter for the past 2 months.
She has no right to trespass into UR professional life after she has filed those cases.The same can be informed to the court by UR gpa holders.
the court will restrain her from doing so.

If you have objection on emails of your wife and your company is also asking you to leave, better leave the present company and join some other company without any delay. At least your new company would not get any email from her, until some of your jealous colleague provides information of the new company to your wife.

Repeated Queries be avoided.
Defend your interest and your employment and employ-ability in the best possible manner.
Strike rapport with management of the establishment where you are employed or are seeking employment.
Seek counsel of some lawyer well versed with laws of KSA and check if as per prevailing laws any action can be initiated. You must show your contract of employment to your counsel and emails.......
Your lawyer in India may opine that court can retrain her......

Well advised by experts. Even in my opinion, you may look for a new company at the earliest and keep that employment details as closely guarded secret from her. It is now you realise that how and to what extent you have disclose the personal details to your wife. What made you so weak that you shred your company's as well as your friends' emails ids with your wife or whether you allowed her to access you personal mail id from which she collected the details?
