Compulsory state bonds for mp

(Querist) 20 June 2015 This query is : Resolved
sir, i wish to know does joining armed forces medical services and hence working in remote areas, neutralise my state bond in which i was made to sign before undergoing post graduation training?

The few lines posted by you are not sufficient to form an opinion.

You should post full details................and avoid assumptions.

Probably you want to convey that you have been admitted in state quota for post Graduate Medical Degree and have signed a Bond to serve as per T&C of the Bond signed by you.

However instead of joining and serving the state you have joined the Armed Forces and want that your Bond signed with state be cancelled since you are serving the armed forces?

Is it so????

Does the T&C of the Bond provide for it?

Or Do the service with armed forces provide for that anyone if joins armed forces his previous service agreement/bond shall get nullified, since it is armed forces?

You may show all docs on record to an able Labor Law Consultant/Service maters lawyer/law firm dealing in such matters.

Dear P G,
1. Disclose your identity and aim of the query, which is subjective in the present form and nothing can be advised on probability, surmises or conjectures.
2. State full facts of the query for proper opinion.
3. What are the T & C of the bond? What is the purpose of submitting the bond? What is the requirement of bond? Who has demanded the bond?
4. After joining the Armed Forces you shall be governed by either of the Army/Air-Force/Navy Act. It is to be seen from the T & C of bond whether same shall be waived for the candidates joining the Indian Armed Forces or not, which is generally waived while an external emergency i.e., WAR is declared by the government.
5. Consult a local lawyer for proper opinion, advise and guidance.
