Q)fact is that my wife is habitual of filing false case against me and my parents every 2 yrs.its strange but its true for the last 9 yrs . in order to get me seprated from my parents and to live seprate from them.plz advice me how to stay her domestic voilence case and quash. how much time it tkes for getting stay and its final disposal

Stay for filing a criminal case is generally hard to get. Same is the position with quash petition. proceed with the case on merits.
