Who is the legal heirs of Female's self earned property if his husband,sons and daughters are there as a survivor ? as per latest Hindu Succession act.Pl.reply at earliest & obliged..

all of them will get the equal shares.

Husband is the legal heir of the self earned property of the wife if she has died intestate.Though the children are also class 1 heirs according to schedule 11 of HSA, the husband is automatically direct heir.
