The Bank has sanctioned amounting to Rs. 20,000/- in the name of a Pooja Furniture without getting quotation and without any intimation to the applicant. The bank officials has getting signed fraudulently on Promissory note and bond document and Credit Report on Members and also agreement. But the applicant did not purchase any furniture from unknown address Pooja furniture. The applicant has demanded from bank the inquiry report of the complaint in Police Station which has already been submitted by the applicant for investigation of the case and intimate the result. But the Bank has not given any Inquiry Report result/outcome and the bank demanding loan amount which the applicant has not received. So, Please what can I do in this serious matter.

If it is Govt. / public sector Bank use RTI to get the information. Write registered letter to supply you photocopy of all documents related to loan and the Bank statement. If the signatures are forged lodge FIR.

Generally banks do not demand the repayment of the loan if the same has not been availed. It shall be better to check minutely from your side whether you purchased the furniture and got the same financed from banker may the bill be issued by another firm. Even then if no such payment on your behalf has been made by banker then you file a civil suit and obtain stay order against the alleged recovery.
