Dear sir
I was appointed third gr tearcher in 2012 on 13 sept .My probation completed on 12 sept 2014.then by rpsc i joined 2nd gr teacher job on 29 dec2014 .but because of not fixation on old post i got fix salary of 2nd gr in new post.
Now govt ordered for fixation.can i get full payment of my old post if yes then how.
Please help me sir.

probably yes. If on re-fixation your salary in old post is more than your minimum in higher post then pay protection is available.

Sir i completed my probation but because of no fixation orders my salary was 11100 and in second grade i got fix 13320
They say that because you have taken fix of 2nd gr that is why you cant take max of ur old post.
My old post fixation happens now.
Sir i have done all necessary formalities while i joined 2nd gr such as departmental permission noc and my service is continue.
Now what should i do?
Presently my fix payment is 14660
And old post salary 13290 + DA+HRA

You should represent the department in writing with acknowledgement and get the reply, if they give.
Discuss the case along with their reply to an expert in your departmental matters.
Should get the information from the department through RTI if some gap is left.

Sir they have given reply that because i have taken fix of present post so not eligible for full payment of old post .
And replied that if i have taken fix of old post then they can give me max of old but now option has been exercised and cant do anything.
Sir if u hav any solution please help me.

Old post fixation date 18 may 2016
I didnt gave any option my school clerk made salary according to him.

so pay is fixed retrospectively and you are entitled to change the option.

If you are not been granted, submit a departmental representation seeking advise of a local lawyer practicing service matters.
