Shifting job

(Querist) 03 September 2016 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir/Madam,

I need a clarification on the below query

Currently I am working for an autonomous body and I am in probation period.
Recently I got call letter for another central government job and I'm interested to join.
Shall give resignation without informing current organization and join in this or should I inform??

Kindly suggest

I had applied for this government job very long back but it took long time to conduct examination and sending interview call letter.

So meanwhile I joined this autonomous body.

Kindly suggest

Better resign without assigning any reason or intimation and join the new post. Otherwise, intimation may cause several adminstrative questions of the type, what, why, when, where, etc. attracting the provisions of conduct rules of the organisation that may cause hinderance in jpoining the new post.

Do not join offered job without resign and reliving from previous job.

I am also of the similar opinion as of Rajender K. Goyal. It may create any problem in future if you join without getting reliving of the current employer.
