Chit fund fraud

Hi, I need one clarification on chit fund fraud, we are 7 members subscribed to the one of the chit fund and paid the instalments. But now the chit fund owner is not ready to repay the amount. so how we can go further. Its more than 2 years and not responding to any calls. I have online transactions of every month payment so how can we go further legally can any one help on this.

All the 7 persons should lodge FIR to the local police against the person in charge of the Chit fund who has misappropriated the fund.
