There are two boys and a girl for mother. Land was in daughters name and she wrote it on both boys name but now both are not taking care of mother. Can the mother ask court to pay money monthly or to redivide property into 3 or 4. So that she can have her bread. Please get me some advice on this . Thank you

Thank you. Is it possible to ask court to redivide property under this law or I should ask only for money for food

The first case related to this Act was filed in Nov 2011 in Tuticorin by Siluvai aged 84 and Anilammal 80 against their son and daughter in law for negligence and also for taking away their property and gold promising to take care.

You have all the Rights to claims back your property also under Senior Citizens Act your Suit would be given Priority on completion of the case in Court. Maximum with in 6 months the case would be completed.
