Is ARMY WELFARE HOUSING CORPORATION , a unit of Army!? , covered under R T I Act. 2005 ?

If not, How a civilian can ask for information pertaining to the Lands Acquired/Occupied by A W H O ?

ARMY WELFARE HOUSING CORPORATION was formed in Dec 1978 under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. It comes under RTI as it comes within the definition of public authority as defined under RTI Act
