Dad bought credit card on 2006 ... Whether mom is liable for default... For dad deceased.. She is not a coobligant.. She didn't signed.. But one person called and told.. They have ordered non bailable warrant against my mom

Just ignore such threats.Or better change the concerned mobile number. Do not give any thing in writing or dont ever give any Post Dated Cheque and if they visit you or threaten you in person just call the Police and they would vanish.
