What mode of payment other than donation can be given if a company has to give charitY, which should not be objected by the auditors?

wHY THE AUDITORS SHALL OBJECT SO FAR IT IS OF LEGAL NATURE.

Apart from donation, scholarships, sponsorships, social contributions etc. can be made which shall be acceptable to auditors means permissible under IT Act.
