Dears

I take pleasure to take have your expert advice for the following:

I want to keep all the legal documents such as Sale deeds, Insurence Policy Bonds in a Scheduled Bank Locker where i have an account and a locker.

Kindly let me know is "Bank Locker safer place than the house where we normally live".

its a matter of ur choice, wherever u feel safe and comfortable u can put ur documents.

its not an issue where u need lawyer's advice :)

Since the query is posted with a real intention to seek expert advice, I affirm that there cannot be a better place than a Bank locker to keep any articles which are to be legally kept under custody for safety purpose.

There cannot be a single answer to the query as facts and circumstances in each case cumulatively will decide whether bank locker is safer or dwelling house is safer for keeping such legal documents.
