maintainance

I have married in 2010. Now my husband and I are living separate.
He is not ready for living together, he wants divorce from me.
In this case can I claim for maintenance but I don’t want divorce.

first if your not want to give divorce then you file RCR, then if your not in employee of any govt or non-govt sector then claim your maintenance ,

yes.. you just file the petition for restitution of conjugal rights along with maintenance petition..

but my question is if you not ready to give divorce mean then why you are living alone.. why you are waiting for your husband till he take you back.. thats your maternal house.. you have rights. no need to be wait for him just go and try to compromise..

Yes you can take maintenance from your husband.
