Salary

I was working for a company named xyz. Its a call center in mumbai. and i was on 3 month prohabation period my joining date was june 5th 2012 and i was terminated on 28 september 2012 orally and my manager said i wont give u your salary you do whatever you can but i wont give u your salary. Thn my lawyer send my boss 2 notice regarding my salary second was a reminder notice and my boss did not reply to it. My inhand salary is 10,800 and gross is 14,000 i waiting for my 1 month + 14 days salary. What should i do thy dont reply to my notice. i am helpless. I dont knw what to do. Plz help

You are advised hereby to file a civil suit against the company immeidately, no need of legal notice to the company. Definately you will get your salary with costs.If there is any labour tribunal you may file your grievance before labour tribunal,but filing a civil suit for recovery of salary is the best remedy.

for Rs 14,000 filing recovery suit would be counterproductive . your exepenses would eb more than receiveables .

Your lawyer might have suggested you in the similar way as we have to say to file a civil suit for recovery which shall take a long long time and moreover it shall require advance expenses from you which may even quantify more than the actual receipt.
