1 have 1.7 years son ,i have filed child custody case .
My wife have file 498a/406/34

My wife wants mutual divorce
conditions are
1)She will withdraw 498a
2)I have to withdraw child custody case
3)She with give visitation right at any neutral place
4)I will never file child custody case in future

This will be written in divorce paper

My question is if i sign and got divorce , can i file
child custody case later after getting divorce ,will court
allow me for child custody case

If you both come to an agreement on the terms and conditions told by you and that agreement becomes part of the decree then how can you think a violation thereto?

Have no chance at all as desired.

Dear raj kumar ji,
Then i will never able to decide
1)Which school he will be admit
2)I will never go with my son to a outing
3)I will never go with my son to a vacation tour
4)I will never play with my son , admit to game camp (i am a athelic also)

Then what is the way out of this ?

your wife is giving you divorce accept it . your legal probelms would be over . you cna incprorate clause that 50%of child vacation shall be spent with youa nd 50%with wife .

Agreement means sweet will of both parties. You may insert in the agreement the queries subsequently raised by you like the mutual decision of both parties about the welfare of your child like his schooling and relevant factors. Your wife shall feel happy to insert these factors.
