Fraudulent act

Today i got message that my 50,000 rs are debited from my account.but i have not withdraw any money.can u please guide me what should i do?what is the procedure of filing a complaint?

Verify the details with the bank.You have to ensure whether the amount was withdrawn by an instrument or by internet transfer before filing any complaint.

After knowing the beneficiary of ur 50k, tale appropriate action :

If thru internet: go to cyber cell & lodge ur complaint.
If forged sign cheque, : go to local Police Stn & complain.

If by mistake of Bank: settle with bank.

Lodg your complaint with the banker and its ombudsman.

Immediately contact your banker and confirm correctness of the transaction. If amount is debited without your knowledge, lodge a written complaint to the bank requesting to reverse the debit forthwith. If necessary seek the help of a local lawyer.
