kindly advice how to transfer a property which documents are not there but property tax is in the name of deceased person how to tranfer the property .or can one or soceity can claim the property

You can obtain the property detailed such as copy of title deed, revenue record(Khata) etc. from Sub Registrar Office and land Revenue Dept.After getting the said document you can transfer the property by way of conveyance,gift etc. as the case may be.

Trace out the title documents from the house of the deceased searching it from all possible angles, or else obtain certified copy of the title documents.

Obtain certified copy of the documents conferring your title, publish in newspaper asking claim(s) from public and transfer title, if no objection/claim is received, otherwise act as per circumstances, through local lawyer
