I have filed section 9 (RCR) against my wife
My wife has stated in her RCR answer that
1. she has no problem/dispute with me earlier n even now also
2. she will forgive all the past things and start new life
but she want money n jewelry.
IF i will win RCR then shall i do quashing of 498a?
Can i quash 498A based on her RCR answer?

outcome of RCR has nothing to do with merit of 498A case.

Rightly said by Ld. Barman. I have always found RCR as a waste of a case. Now you are stuck with her conditions.

absolutely right, RCR has got nothing to do with 498a or any other case against you. What is the use of winning the RCR case when she refuses to join you back?
