Sir, my younger brother's wife i. e sister in law always threatening that registered the property in her name otherwise I will charge sheet every family members except her husband on the case of suside or attempt to murder case. She has already filled a false case under sec 498a, 420 and 3/4 of dowry act, please suggest me for further proceedings....

You need not bow to her illegal demand. whatever maximum she can do, has already been done and you are required to defend the criminal case already filed vigorously, effectively and honestly.

Supreme Court in a recent judgment (Justice CK Parshad and Justice P K Ghosh)has diluted the offence under section 498A IPC and 4 DP Act, which shall attract contempt of court against magistrate passing "scurrilous" arrest and ordering "routine" arrest besides departmental action by High Court.
Do not succumb to the pressure tactics of the lady, contest the case(s) vigorously, if instituted by your sister-in-law.

My brother is silent, I think he is supporting his wife and they are living in another flat which was also purchased by me and inside of my flat where I am living. Both the flats are attached but separate entrance and separate no.
