please tell the importance of article 141 and article 142 of constitution of india

Article 141 declares that Law of the Supreme Court shall be law and every Court shall be bound by it except Supreme Court.
Importance is that in ambiguous positions the authority gives the perfect decision about the problem which had occurred say if X incident had happened and the Judge wants to prosecute but the accused wants to say that he is innocent than by "A" authority which favours him, he gives to the said judge and the Judge is bind to give the decision according to the "A" authority and if he goes against the "A" then he has committed Contempt of Supreme Court and thus the punishment/ Order can be proved illegal from his Higher Authority under revision or by filing Writ.
Art.142 has the word " Complete Justice" and this is the most important article after art.32 of the constitution as the powers are very wide under the same article. Even I had filed petition under article 142 to provide complete justice to my client.
