Dear all

can a married daughter claim share in father's self acquired property(BDA Site)
in karnataka, if he sells it without consent of married daughter

She has no claim in the self acquired property until her father is alive.

She can claim an equal share in the self acquired property of her father only if he dies intestate. During his lifetime he can make a will, and the property will thereafter devolve according to the will.
