Dear Sir,
Need your assistance for the Subject specified.
I am a Muslim boy and having a Hindu Girl friend and want to marry her. She is also ready to marry me. And she is willing to accept the Muslim religion before marriage. There is no pressure on her from my side to convert to Muslim. She is accepting the religion on her own.
So looking for a solution, how to approach for the legal procedure to change her name in all the documents what she posses before marriage.
Please help us with your valuable suggestions.

Go to Molvi Sb he will help but keep in mind for the purpose of Marriage it can not.

Thank you so much for replying to the query.
I had clearly mentioned that there is no pressure from my side on her to accept Islam but she is aware of the scenario.
Moreover she has started reading and understanding Islam. She wants to convert to Islam before marriage.
And i don't want to loose her. She is a very good human being and very understandable person.
So requesting you to please give me a suggestion so that i can follow.

My suggestion is you should contact to Mulvi Sahab, who is expert of this and ask her to follow five ingredient of Islam along with Vahdanita a One Allah. After EMBARRASSING Islam SHE MUST DECLARE herself MUSLIM.Then U can get Nikha as a Muslim,which will be Muslim's Legal Marriage with the help of Mulvi Sahab.

Sure sir, as per your suggestions i will contact Maulvi sahab and let him(Maulvi)know the each and every detail as mentioned. Follow what ever the maulvi sahab says.
