whatever you quoted would become serious if you established physical relationships with her during these years...if yes than she can file a Rape case against you

No I had not established any such relationship but what happens in case she falsely accuses me of that?

if she does allege Rape than you would be arrested and Bail would be rejected at the initial stage.

Even if allegation is wrong? Sir, what if as she mentioned in 1 of her SMS that she commits suicide & put me & my Father's name in the suicide note? Except receiving the recent SMS & calls my father is not involved in anything on this till date.

I am in fear that if I file a complain then she may put false counter cases against me which will lead to a lot of harashment to me & family.
Please suggest in what way I should report to the police. I mean the procedure.

are you stating all the facts of the case? why would girl harass you after 1 year of marriage ?
there must have been physical relation ship other wise by now you would have file police complaint aginst her .
in any case visit the local police station . hope you ahve kept record of all the sms , received . in addtion obatin itemised billing proof from your service provider . it would contain details of all telephoic calls received by you .
if you are innocent you have to fight .

Does the service provider provide the details of the incoming calls & SMSs?

If you have done nothing except some telephonic conversation then why are you so perturbed?
Go and lodge a complaint with Police about such extortion and intimidating calls. Keeping silence would not help you.

LET U & UR FATHER COMPLAIN AGAINST THE GIRL FOR HARASSMENT AND EXTORTION OF MONEY , BY THREATENING OF SUICIDE.
Second alternative, issue Legal Notice, ask not to call or contact u & ur relatives.

How many unmarried deliver child, when they forced their boyfrd to marry as she is pregnant?? were they pregnant?? NO
How many unmarried girl , forced their boyfrd to marry as otherwise they will commit suicide?? They all married their second choice.
