Sir, My brother and her wife is living separate since 04 years without contacting anybody. She wants to live separate and this was her decision. Now nobody knows if she married someone else. Her where about is not known to anybody not even her address/phone no. Sir, my question is whom to approach for divorce without her where about. Can my brother remarry without divorce. They were married 07 years ago.What consequence father mother of my brother can face. Please suggest the right path. Thank you.

You brother can not remarry without divorce.
File a divorce suit stating the last address known. Thereafter make a paper advertisement and get an ex parte divorce.

Exparte divorce means when the Defendant never appear in court after service of summons and after gazette ( press release) of defendant to appear before court on the due date and the defendant doesn't appear on that date then exparte (one sided) decree is granted in the absence of defendant.
